* Soup without a filling (only broth), chicken or meat broth.
· At this stage it is important that a lot of fluid is supplied to the body.
* You can use lactose-free milk, natural yogurt (without fruit or chocolate chips), Drink ayran or
kefir.
* In the yogurt or milk, please mix a spoonful of protein powder.
* Herbal Teas
* Fruit juices (not citrus fruits)
Important:
* Any food you eat or drink, eat carefully, if it does not get to you then a week or two later just try to eat again.
* As soon as a feeling of satiety occurs, please stop eating IMMEDIATELY.
* The soup and tea should be at room temperature.
* Eat slowly
An example day:
Breakfast: broth, without sugar, very light unsweetened tea
1. Snack: lactose-free milk or fruit juice
Lunch: lactose-free milk , soup without insert
2. Snack Lactose-free milk, fruit juice ( no orange juice this week)
Dinner: lactose-free milk , soup without inlay
Snack: Lactose-free milk
2.) Puree phase
Duration: 15 days (3rd & 4th week)
Per meal: 100-150 ml
Take at least 1.5 liters of liquid
* Eat a boiled egg in the morning
* Fish (tuna, salmon, trout) boiled, grilled or steamed NOT fried.
* From now on you are allowed to eat the inside of the bread with some greasy cheese, feta cheese, but chew
well & eat slowly. Puree cooked soft vegetables and potatoes.
* Minced meat
* Continue to take a meal of protein powder a day
3.) Full food phase
Duration: 15 days (5th & 6th week)
Per meal: 100-150 ml
Take at least 2 liters of liquid
* In addition, meatballs, soft chicken or beef.
* The vegetables and fruits no longer need to be mashed.
* From now on you are allowed coffee with milk
* Bread with a rim
After 6 weeks:
· Now you should have learned to eat healthy.
* Always in the morning eat a boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and cheese.
IMPORTANT NOTES
* Do not drink with food, either 30 minutes before eating or 30 minutes after eating.
First, eat the protein-rich food.
* For solid food, please chew very well.
* Drink still water.
* Avoid spicy foods.
* Do not eat/drink citrus fruits for the first 3 months.
* Avoid alcohol for 6 months.
* Foods with high calories and a low feeling of satiety should be avoided.

SPORT
* The first weeks 30 min. walking at a stretch.
* After 10 days you are allowed to ride a bicycle.
* After 14 days you are allowed to go swimming.
* The first 3 months NO cardio /strength sports /fitness and NO abdominal sports.
Recommendations when problems arise:
Constipation have you consumed enough water
Diarrhea Omit lactose-free milk, After surgery, lactose intolerance may be low.
Try probiotic yogurts. Do not drink water with meals
Nausea and vomiting Immediately stop eating when the feeling of satiety comes, chew food well and eat slowly
Take Biotin, Increase Proteins, and Take Vitamins
Foods with high calories and a low feeling of satiety should be avoided.
